Seek out and nurture the people who matter. Listen to others advice. Work to a plan, but be adaptable.

That we must guide our daily actions by always remembering that we exist solely because our clients value the services we deliver. That the trust others extend us comes with an obligation to find and deliver true value to business through their use of technology. When it comes to providing IT support (by remote control, phone, email, and in-house) and managing your offsite backups and reporting Alex is always ready to help. He’s also responsible for ordering, quotations, RMA requests, stock control, MYOB administration, warranty renewals, answering incoming calls, and setting up new computers.

James Berry - Consultant

James’s will be helping you with remote IT support, co-ordinating the repair of faulty equipment, co-ordinating new internet connections and troubleshooting existing ones, looking after your internal hardware and software systems. James will also listen carefully to your requirements, then prepare quotes and place orders with our suppliers for any parts, hardware or software that you might need.

What James enjoys most about his work in IT Services is…

Pat Shine - Bookkeeper

Pat helps keep all our accounts up to date. Pat’s work is very important as her efforts free us up to focus on your IT service and support requirements. Invoicing is one of her great passions, since she knows that without invoices going out, the business would not exist. “We can be great at what we do, but if the money is not coming in, it is worth nothing!” says Pat. Another important part of Pat’s roll is to make sure that the payroll is done when promised!

“I love to make sure that the staff are happy knowing that their salary’s are in their bank accounts,” says Pat. After all, they deserve a good month’s pay following a good month’s work.” Pat also takes care of a million other things around the office - including running the GST reports for our tax and keeping our Super up to date.
