2. NAS Manage Essentials
For a fixed monthly or quarterly fee the NAS Manage Essentials program incorporates the robust preventative maintenance and continuous equipment monitoring of NAS Manage to track and report on your Servers and Workstations on a regular basis.
NAS Manage Essentials delivers key information on the state of your IT environment and guide your ongoing technology investments. Depending on the size of your business we will report weekly, monthly, quarterly or any frequency that fits with your business.
We provide reports that give you detailed and easy to read information that makes sense. These reports will have recommendations of items that you need to bring to attention allowing you to be a step ahead of your IT.
On top of this we provide regular virtual CIO strategic planning sessions to ensure your technology strategy supports your business strategy.
3. On-demand consulting
Our on-demand consulting model provides flexible payment options for businesses who prefer to engage our services as the need presents.
On-demand consulting is available for either fixed-priced projects, ad-hoc work billed at our standard hourly rate or deducted from discounted pre-paid blocks of time. Pre-paid blocks remain in credit until their balance is consumed.
