James will be helping you with remote IT support, co-ordinating the repair of faulty equipment, co-ordinating new internet connections and troubleshooting existing ones, looking after your internal hardware and software systems. James will also listen carefully to your requirements, then prepare quotes and place orders with our suppliers for any parts, hardware or software that you might need.
