NAS has been our IT provider for approximately 15 years, providing IT consultancy and computer software and hardware.

What do you think is the best thing about the team (or a team member) at NAS?
They know our business intimately and respond promptly to our needs. They have often gone outside the norm, to ensure our business continues to run smoothly in times when computers have been down, or new programs and systems have been installed.

Would you recommend NAS to other companies? If yes then why?
Yes. They provide a thorough, insightful and personal service. They are willing to investigate a variety of solutions and keep abreast of the latest innovations. They are patient, approachable, honest and fair in their dealings with us and in their billing.

Is there any other service which you would like NAS to provide?
No. Just continue to be available, approachable and able to cover our needs, even when our key contact, Tim Nielen, is away, to ensure ongoing service provision and the seamless running of our business.
